OUR STORY
我们的故事始于我们访问南非西开普省的蜜蜂农场时，当时我们听取了农民对蜜蜂数量减少和自然栖息地减少的担忧。这提醒我们蜜蜂对人类生存的重要性。经过进一步思考和深刻反思，创始人决心为拯救蜜蜂和提高人们对蜜蜂及其脆弱环境的重要性的认识尽自己的一份力量。
所以创始人想起主要问题是，“我们能对蜜蜂提供什么帮助？”当他们继续他们的南非之旅，参观蜂蜜农场、酿酒厂和西开普省的原始山丘时，他们想到了将蜂蜜和葡萄酒结合起来的想法，两者都是南非的著名产品，全球有数百万人为此而消费。那么为什么没有蜂蜜酒呢？这个问题是见证第一款蜂蜜浸渍酒成功生产的旅程的开始。
Our story began when we were visiting bee farms in Western Cape, in South Africa when listening to farmers about their concerns for the decline in bee population and in diminishing natural habitats. This alerted us to the importance of bees to the survival of the human race. After further thoughts and deep reflections, the founders were determined to do their part in saving the bees and raising awareness of the importance of bees and their fragile environment.
So the main question the founders were asking, “How can we help?” As they continue their trip in South Africa in visiting honey farms, wineries and the pristine hills of Western Cape, they came up with the idea of combining honey and wine, both are famous products of South Africa and both are consumed by millions of people all over the world. So why isn’t there a honey wine? This question was the start of a journey that saw the first Honey Infused Wine successfully produced.

BEES AND HUMANITY
人类食用蜂蜜已有超过 250 万年的历史，人类养殖蜂蜜供人类使用，已有 10,000 多年的历史。蜜蜂被认为是地球上最重要的传粉者，它们对我们的生存极其重要。阿尔伯特. 爱因斯坦曾经说过”如果蜜蜂死了，我们也会死…” 。因此、我们竭尽全力，保护蜜蜂及其栖息地，是极关重要。每个人都可以发挥作用， 无论多少。
我们选择扮演的角色，是支持南非蜂蜜农场产业 ， 只會採用当地养殖的蜂蜜作蜂蜜葡萄酒系列的主要成分 。我们还进一步承诺，每售出一瓶酒，我们会将 ZAR1 捐赠给公认的蜜蜂协会 ，以帮助支持当地的蜂農。
Humanity has been consuming honey for over 2.5 million years and it has been farmed for human use for over 10,000 years. Bees are considered the most important pollinators on our planet and they are vital to our survival. Albert Einstein once said “If bees dies, we die…”. Therefore, it is vitally important that we do everything in our power to protect the bees and their habitat. Everyone can play a part, no matter how small.
The part that we chose to play, is by supporting the South African honey farm industry. Only locally farmed honey is used as a key ingredient in the range of honey-based wine blends. We have further committed to donating ZAR1 from each bottle sold to a recognized Bee Association that helps support local bee farmers.

The majority of the adult population in the world drink wine of some sort. The trend is growing as developing countries’ economies grow and people want to experience new things with their newfound wealth. This, coupled with better access to internet, the promotion of wine in culture, film and media further drive the adoption of wines. Newly introduced to drinking grape wines, people often find it to be an acquired taste, due to its natural acidity. Honey Infused Wines addresses this issue!

OUR CONCEPT
通常喝红酒的新手，会发现红酒的味道酸、苦 而通常不太想喝。我们的理念是使用南非当地的葡萄酒和纯天然蜂蜜，为新饮用者制作一款混合酒 , 以平衡酸度和苦味 , 并且引入一种愉快的葡萄酒饮用体验。
Often new wine drinkers find the taste of red wines acidic, bitter and often not very unpleasant. Our concept is to make a wine blend using local grape wines and only pure natural honey for new drinkers that will reduce the acidity and bitterness and introduce the wine drinking experience as a pleasant one.

OUR JOURNEY
我们的旅程将我们带到了西开普省 , 那里是南非一些最好的葡萄园所在地。我们参观了许多养蜂场并会见了各种蜂农，讨论了各种蜂蜜产品的好处。在过去几年间，我们更与许多有豐富經的驗酿酒专家交谈，用了各种葡萄酒來混合测试，甚至在世界上最大的新市场—中国，举办了各种品酒会。利用这些经验，经过无数次尝试，成功调配出了我们的第一款蜂蜜红酒。我们相信我们的旅程オ刚刚开始 !
Our journey took us to the province of the Western Cape, home to some of the best vineyards in South Africa. We visited many bee farms and met with various bee keepers, discussing the benefits of various honey based products. We spoke to many wine makers and tested various blends over a period of many years. We even hosted various tastings in one of the largest new markets in the world – China. We used this experience and after many tries, we have successfully blended our first Honey Wine. We believe our journey has just started!

Our first batch of successful Honey Infused Wine Blends is based on a combination of honey and various grape varieties and we currently offer 3 Honey Wine Blends. These wine blends are best served chilled and ideal for parties, dinners or as a aperitif. Can be drunk with meat or seafood.
